Here is where you will find all things wellness!!! If there has been one thing I learned, it is that you need to come first in order to be able to take care of your family. Make sure to put yourself first always. I know as a momma this is so hard but put health and self-care as a priority. Here are some of my favorite wellness tips, tricks, and go to’s! Fitness, health, and wellness are all intertwined. Here is a little of everything!

Having a journal to ensure I do and make time for self care has been key. I enjoy this clever Fox journal (I also have their budget book) This is a great tool for ensuring that you start to make time for everything that we as moms always push off for “later” or putting everyone else first before yourself. Glass Spray Bottles

These can be used for so many things! As a momma who is always searching for the best ways to care for health and wellness for my babies, I buy these for many different reasons. You can use these for room spray or cleaning products. I make a lot of DIY sprays with Essential Oils. It is so much safer and cleaner for you and your kids. Vinegar goes a long way these days. I love making room spray with essential oils, it is a natural way to relax. (I use one nightly in my room on my pillow and bed sheets)

Lifepro Vibration Plate

OK seriously have you not heard of this yet??? YOU NEED ONE!!! 10-15 mins a day and I promise this will change you!! The top reasons I use it 1- Stress relief 2-Arthritis/joint pain (I had hip surgery and suffer from a lot of hip pain 3-Remove toxins (Lymphatic system drainage.) The vibration helps the muscles contract and relax which increases blood flow and circulation. Vibrations also increase metabolism and help cellulite!!! Need I say more! Helps muscles recover and so much more. I have it in black and my sister has the purple one, that’s her favorite color !! You know you want one :)

At home Mani Pedi Set!! Sometimes I go to the salon, sometimes I do it myself :)

My favorite brand is Beetles. Hands down and I have tried a few! I am a nudes & earth tone girl but there are so many to choose from. As a busy mom if you can’t get to the salon this is a great option for you. Relax while doing your nails and watch Netflix before bed or do them while listening to meditation music. Whatever suits you best.

Yoga and wellness go hand in hand! Yoga has been known to - help reduce stress - reduce muscle tension - get better sleep - increase strength and flexibility and so much more! I now try to incorporate Yoga into my fitness routine thanks to Heather!

My good friend Heather teaches yoga she taught me that slowing down, stretching and taking deep breaths is just as important as heavy lifting and cardio!! Click here for her webpage! Things I do for self-care:

-Shoot for a monthly face mask *Head over to the Beauty page and get one from Farmasi that suits your skin!

-Take care of my skin daily. I have an AM & PM skin regimen, also some items listed on my beauty page.

-Mani & Pedi, I must have good nails

-Nightly tea and reading/journaling (self-care journal). I also make my own organic Chamomile and Lavender tea nightly which has so many benefits.

-Gym/Yoga

-I try and shoot for a scheduled massage every few months (At least- once a month would be ideal)

-Take care of my nutrition (juicing and making food at home)

-Sleep with a silk eye mask. Dark helps you sleep better as well as silk helps protect your skin from wrinkles. And believe it or not I read that any light in your room can cause disruption in sleep.
