Here are some MUST HAVE fitness products that I simply LOVE.

Fitness has always been a up and down for me. In the past I have struggled with doing really well and then I “fall off” and I am doing not so great. I need a steady regimen to follow. I currently have hired a coach, and it did it for me! It’s someone to hold me accountable and check in with me but gives me flexibility. For me this what I needed- Someone to call me out on my nonsense. I think for many it is a struggle between no time (for many of us parenting comes first), and always busy. Life is Go Go Go and we have to make time to stay healthy. (Especially to keep up with the kids). In the past I have found great gyms with consistent classes and groups of people to hold me accountable works also, but it had to be a steady flow to stay working for me.

Things that make the gym or workouts easier:

  1. Schedule the workouts into your planner.

  2. Don’t miss days, it will put you behind and that starts the “fall off”.

  3. Get cute gym clothes or outfits that you're comfortable in.

  4. Set yourself with small goals to accomplish. (Break down the big goal into minis)

  5. Hire a trainer-coach if you're like me so you can be held accountable. Or book yourself a solid month of classes/ and-or schedule in gym time in your planner/day like its work or an appointment so you do it.

    Start with these and see how you feel, I promise once you meet small goals you will start to thrive.

JBL Headphones

I am a big music girl. I like to go to the gym put on my headphones and be in my “zone”. These are great headphones for the quality of JBL and the price point, they are a must buy. I have the Rose Pink and Hubby has the black. We both love them. My son enjoys using them too sometimes, he also loves music.

Sweet Sweat!!

Maximize your workout. I sometimes have trouble sweating so I especially love this stuff. Use it on problem areas to get your sauna going!! It improves circulation and sweat during your workout. I mainly use it on my stomach area, and sometimes my arms … I hate my arms… and I use a waist trimmer band at gym. (Different than the “faja”) See photo to the right. I have the black and pink one :) I just finished my big jar and am switching to the stick (easier application).

Waist trimmer Band

Latex-free Neoprene waist trimmer. I use with the Sweet sweat cream to enhance my work out! Doesn’t slip and stays in place and holds ya in a little. :)

Nothing better than getting the best out of your workout.

Bar Pad

I’m sorta a germ freak and would rather not borrow the gyms pad that people sweat on (which they usually have at the desk to borrow) so I have my own. This is the bar pad that I have. It’s a great price and works really well. It has grips on the inside so doesn’t slide around and I’ve used it for both my shoulders and for hip thrust so I don’t hurt my hips.

Elliptical

I have a training plan in which requires me to do so many sessions of cardio. I have to do cardio daily as part of my training plan. I have an elliptical at home which comes in handy so that I can sometimes break up my workout. Today actually I had a family function, so I did my weights at the gym, I left and then I will use this tonight to do my cardio. I love this machine and it works great for an at home piece. It has so many features and was not horrible to build. Definitely a great starter for at home gym equipment.

Spin Bike

Dad prefers to bike. It’s his thing so he got one of these at the house with the mat to go under it. I use it but I prefer the elliptical. For those of you that enjoy the bike or spinning, this is a great choice. It’s super smooth and quiet. A 30lbs magnetic flywheel and manual brake. It even tracks all your workout data. You’ll love this if you're a biker.

LMNT - Clean Electrolytes

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix with everything you need and nothing you don't. LMNT is perfect for anyone interested in a intermittent fasting lifestyle, as well as a gluten-free diet (which is me, I focus on watching gluten and dairy) No sugars No Gluten *No crappie ingredients. Vegan Friendly too!

Hydrapeak Stainless Steal Waterbottle

My go to daily water bottle. (I drink 3 of these a day) I have two of these Hydra Peak water bottles, one beige and a thicker black one, both cheetah print. I love the handle, makes it easy to carry at the gym and its cute. What more can you want? :)

Nike gym bag

Holds all my things! I have in here my bar pad, my sweet sweat cream, waist trainer, JBL headphones, deodorant etc… All my gym necessities are in here!

Ring Guard for Weights

Its comfortable, Slim, not too visible and helps your ring not hurt when lifting weights at the gym. I love wearing this so that my ring is not digging into my finger.

Shapewear M&D Colombian “Faja”

This is my Favorite shapewear out there!!! It not only holds you in great but makes your butt look great and has a zipper to use the bathroom. A big plus is that it has straps so you don’t get upper back “rolls” and it doesn’t roll down. A must if you like or are interested in waist training! Please make sure to measure, it’s so important! Follow the guide for sizes to order, they are not regular sizes.

Bands

You can use bands for the gym or at home to target abs, calves, quads, glutes, & hamstrings!!

A great item to have for days you can’t make it to the gym and need to fit in a at home workout but don’t have space for weights. You can do so many things with bands!! Hop on Pinterest and get a few quick ideas.
